In our words
Juliana had several years’ experience with the then Singapore Registry of Companies & Businesses before entering private practice. She was involved in a number of public listings and deals generally with issues regarding compliance by listed companies with the requirements of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
Ka Yew’s main areas of practice are general corporate law, company law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate finance and information technology.
Victor’s area of expertise is in corporate law and securities regulation.
